These Terms and Conditions of Website Service for https://www.pdmbrand.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”) are made between PDM Brand Company Limited (“the Company”), on the one hand, and the website service user (“the User”), on the other hand, which includes users who have registered as members of the Website and users who have not registered as members. This Website allows users to search and view product information of PDM Brand and information about PDM Brand. The various services provided on this Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

After the Company acknowledges such claim, the Company will contact the relevant parties and inform the Managing Director or authorized representative of the Company. The Company will proceed to resolve the issue within 7 business days from the date the Company receives written notification from the User with the content as specified above. During such process, the User agrees not to pursue any legal action, whether civil and/or criminal, against the Company, as the Company requires time to investigate and further examine the facts. The User hereby waives their right to take legal action against the Company.
