Shipping Conditions
- PDM will ship products after payment has been successfully processed.
- The company will ship products via DHL Express International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Customers will be notified of the tracking number via the email address registered on the website www.pdmbrand.com.
Shipping Timeframe
- The order processing and preparation period is 1-2 business days. Shipments are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding public holidays). The delivery timeframe will depend on the shipping method, which typically takes approximately 2-3 business days for addresses in Bangkok and its vicinity, and 3-4 business days for other provinces. Overall, customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Fees
- General Products: PDM is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Large Furniture Items: PDM is responsible for all shipping costs within Bangkok and its vicinity. For other provinces, shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual cost and will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for inquiries via the PDMbrand Line official account.

- International orders cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was shipped.

- If the customer refuses to accept the goods or fails to pay the taxes/duties levied by government authorities, the company reserves the right to not refund the cost of the product (including shipping fees and any other incurred expenses).
