Return and Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)

Buyers can request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the product (subject to the criteria).

Criteria for Refund or Exchange

  • The buyer did not receive the product.
  • The product has defects and/or was damaged during shipping. Please inspect the product packaging before accepting the delivery.
  • The buyer received a product that does not match the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., incorrect product color, etc.).

Steps to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via our Line Official account ID @pdmbrand or call 0949763883.

Please prepare the following details:

  • Reference number, such as the order number or invoice number.
  • Reason for the return or exchange, along with supporting evidence such as photos.

Returning the Product

  • Returned products must be in complete and unused condition.
  • In the case of product damage due to manufacturing defects or shipping, the company will be responsible for all shipping costs. (In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.)

Refund Request

  • For payments made via credit card, a 4% card processing fee will be deducted from the purchase amount.
  • The company will process the refund to the customer within 14 business days from the date the company receives the returned product in good order.

*** Beyond the specified timeframe, the company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in all cases.

Return and Exchange Policy (International Orders)

  1. International orders cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was shipped.
  2. The company reserves the right to not be responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process or customs inspection.
  3. If the customer refuses to accept the goods or fails to pay the taxes/duties levied by government authorities, the company reserves the right to not refund the cost of the product (including shipping fees and any other incurred expenses).
