 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible. hello@pdmbrand.com


Returns & Exchanges

Who covers return/exchange shipping costs?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

For all other return reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not reimburse return shipping costs paid by the customer. If you’re returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we can’t guarantee we’ll receive the returned item.


Unclaimed Packages & Redelivery

If a package isn’t claimed and is returned or held by the carrier, please note that international shipping costs can be substantial. After deducting outbound and return shipping costs, the remaining refund amount may be very small or may equal $0, depending on the situation.

If a package is returned due to non-collection and you request redelivery, a new shipping fee must be paid before we resend the package. Customers have 7 business days to arrange redelivery payment. If payment is not received within that time, the package may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

If a package remains unclaimed at a local warehouse for more than 2 weeks, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during that time. Any claims must be made directly with the local logistics company.

If a package remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be considered abandoned, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

We strongly recommend tracking your shipment regularly and collecting it as soon as possible to avoid extra fees or issues.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?


If you notice an address mistake, please email hello@pdmbrand.com right away with your order details. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed, and extra carrier fees may apply.
