The dazzling auroral light, with various colors ranging from white to pink and green, created by the collision between a cloud of gas ejected from solar activity and the Earth’s magnetic field, is the inspiration behind the design for the mat collection, ‘Aamu’. The textile designer takes the name from the word ‘aanurukso’ or northern light in Finnish language, a unique abstract pattern is conceived as a result.

Crafted from recycled PP plastic, Malibu mats are hypoallergenic, mold-resistant, fire-retardant, and perfect for humid or high-traffic areas. With a 5mm profile, they’re also robot-vacuum friendly.
