“Do you ship internationally?”

Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. 

Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

“When will my order ship?”

Most orders already on our shelves depart within 3–10 business days. However, if your item is a pre-order, it may require extra time in the workshop before it can be sent to you.

How long is the delivery after my order is dispatched?

Most in-stock items are shipped within 3-10 business days. Some pre-order items may need extra production time.

Most oversized products ship via sea freight due to their size and weight.

Please note: We don’t guarantee arrival dates for international oversized packages, since delays can happen due to factors outside our control (for example: weather, customs clearance, or courier delays). Typical shipping times are outlined in the shipping table (except in special circumstances).

Tracking Information (Oversized / Sea Freight):

Because oversized shipments are sent by sea freight, tracking is usually not available from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives in the destination country. Once the shipment reaches the destination port and is handed to the local courier, tracking will become available for the final delivery.

Cancellations

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us. Once your order begins processing, we can’t cancel it.
